Been a long time since posting, had to post these pics of Guys great setup. He loads his boat up with scientific equipment to check water quality in Montanas rivers thankfully someone has the knowledge to do this important work(thanks Guy). Frame, front drop top with kitchen table, rear trailer with drop top, 2 captains boxes and rear box being made now.
For those boaters that like to go on day trips one day and extended trips the next day, an often overlooked accessory is the trailer behind the frame. Easy on and off...We are doing several now. Lots of boaters have caught onto a short lighter weight frame for quick trips and add the trailer for overnight. Just something to think about. We are starting to get backed up again so if you want our products soon you need to get on the list...Thanks for your support. Jim and Todd.

This box showed up after 14 hard years on all the western rivers for an additional third handle for us to install. Was so surprised to see it again..this custom box we made sits in the rear bay behind the frame. Neat to see our history of mad cow come by once in a while. I havnt posted in months, we have some breathing room now so just wanted to say thanks to all for your business and support. Some Brown "Bear boxes" for a national park trail/fire crew. First time weve done Brown boxes, turns out the trail crew wants to hide the boxes in the woods with there Pulaski`s and other equip, and gps mark there location. Sounds pretty cool. Just a fun fyi.
Looks like the smooth deck plates are taking off. Couple of frames and a drop top trailer getting finished up.

We have a local company that will powder coat our frames. They did a great job..Couple of points to make on this process. Since we use adjustable sliders so you can personally adjust our crossbars to fit your needs this means the powder coat process needs to be done two times. Coated and oven cooked, then the sliders need to be moved then coated in the original location and baked again.
2nd point the slider area after the second baking leaves some imperfections in the coating as i tried to show in the pic. I think its fine but if you want coating perfection dont order the powder coat and shipping a powder coated frame may leave rub marks. Cost is approx $550.
NEW PRODUCT, we are now welding 1/8" aluminum "smooth" deck plates for those that want to put glue on foam on there deck plates like Sea Foam.
Be a while till there are on the web site but available now.

Film crew " 45 North Films" is doing a Nat Geo documentary on coastal Brown Bears in Alaska and they were using our Bear Boxes for there expedition.

Sour Apple powder coat on this #bearbox with a gear caddy and a tray...The sour apple really pops a lot more in person, it actually looks sour in person..no other way to describe it.. Ty is going to get lots of looks on the river with this box.
